Description: ALMg5 ER5356 is an aluminum-magnesium alloy welded wire with 5% magnesium, and a small amount of titanium purified particles. It has good corrosion resistance, heat crack resistance, high strength and forging properties.
Applications: locomotive engine, chemical pressure containers, bicycle, aluminum skateboard and other sporting equipment, weapons production, shipbuilding, aviation and other industries.
PREVENTION:
Oxide and oil stains on the weld end of the workpiece should be strictly removed before welding, otherwise the welding is weak, causing imperfections such as porosity and slug sealing.
Not suitable for use on aluminum alloy construction with working temperature exceeding 65℃.
